The Behavioral Change Effect of Old Age Preparation Counseling Service and its influencing factors

Abstract
This study analyzed the effect of Old Age Preparation Service and the factors affecting it that has been enacted since 2016. The analysis is based on a survey of 300 respondents who responded to the Internet survey after six months of counseling among those who received the service in 2017. As a result of the analysis, the behavioral changes are 63.34% of the total, 66.66% of the financial, and 54.67% of the non - financial. According to the planned behavior theory, It can be said that the Old age preparation counseling service enhances the attitude and the subjective norm of the preparation through the recognition rate of the necessity of the old age preparation and increases the perceived behavior control through the raising the knowledge level and confidence for the old age preparation and these induce behavioral change. As for the social demographic factors, the age and increased, the effect of these changes was higher, and for the married was higher than the other marital status (divorce, bereavement, separation). This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the effect of behavior change by the evaluation of specific practice items set during the counseling process which make the problem of difficulty in securing objectivity in measuring the effects of the behavioral changes of old age preparations has been overcome in part.
